For all hires you will need to have a Brookbank loyalty card to hire boats at the prices shown below. We will keep all you details securely on our system saving you time on repeat bookings as we will not have to ask you to fill them in each time you want to demo, plus the Loyalty card gets you access to special offers, discounts in-store and more.

Get your hire fees back when you buy a Boat
If you buy one of the models you have tried from any Brookbank store within 30 days we will refund up to 2 days hire fees off your purchase.

What's Included in the hire

• The boat and all its normal fittings

Can we hire out other equipment
If your spray deck does not fit we can lend one that will. All other equipment must be provided by yourself.
We will have a selection of demo paddles available too.

How much notice do we need to give to make a booking
The more the better to ensure your first choice of boat is available and reserved for you. If boats are available you can turn up on the day and try your luck with what is available.

Do you sell off the ex-demos?
Yes after the boat has been used a certain number of times we will put it up for sale at a discounted rate that will reflect the age and condition.

Why do we need a Brookbank Loyalty card to demo boats?
Once you have a Loyalty card we will not need to get you to fill in yourfull details or ID each time you demo or buy from us saving you time and money.

When you buy from any Brookbank store you will be entitled to loyalty card holder offers, discounts, packages and more. (Loyalty card is £4 for 12 months)

Do I need to leave a deposit or ID
On your first demo we will need to see proof of ID. After that when you have your loyalty card we have your details securely stored on our system therefore speeding up future bookings and collections and we won't need to see your ID each time.

I want to try a few boats before buying, what's the deal? 
No problem. We will refund up to 2 full days of hire fees off one of the models you have tried if you buy a new boat within 30 days of your last hire.

What happens if I damage or lose a part to a boat?
You are responsible for the boats its parts and fittings from time of collection to return. The boat will be inspected with you on collection and again on return. If you notice anything wrong with it or missing it will be noted on the hire form.

Any loss or damage will be charged for so please ensure you look after the boat, do not drag it. Any normal wear and tear is fine.
