Directions

From J25 M25
Exit at J25 and head North on A10 towards Hertford. At 1st roundabout turn right towards Waltham Cross / Waltham Abbey. Follow signs to Waltham Abbey turning right at next round about and straight on at the next. Continue over railway bridge and through lights. Road will become single lane. You will pass the entrance to the London 2012 Olympic WW course on your left. At the set of lights turn right into Lea Road. Brookbank is 200m further down on your right. Parking opposite on your left.

From J26 M25
Exit at J26. At end of slip road take 2nd exit off roundabout (straight on) to Dowding Way. Continue straight on over next 2 roundabouts. Follow Merdian Way until lights at T Junction (McDonalds on left), Turn left here towards Waltham Cross. After 50m at next lights turn left into Lea Road. Brookbank is 200m further down on your right. Parking opposite shop on your left.
